Payments & More
We will cap the number of individuals for this trip at 45.
$3999 per person for 12 days (starting April 23rd and departing May 4th), all accommodation & admission to all sites included, breakfast & dinner included (lunch is included as well on certain days), transportation to & from airport, all land & air travel within Egypt included as well as private plane to Siwa (you are responsible for the purchase of your flights in & out of Egypt). If our group exceeds 20 or more individuals we will be able to charter a private cruise ship, if we are less than 20 individuals we will stay on a cruise ship with other groups.
Your arrival & departure dates are somewhat flexible, but we will proceed with the schedule as shown in the itinerary without you & you will be responsible for providing your own alternative transportation & accommodation if you choose to come in late or leave early & it happens not to line up with where we are at that moment. The $3999 is non-negotiable even if you come after the 23rd or leave before the 4th.
We reserve the liberty to alter & shuffle around event dates that are currently shown in the itinerary for any reason, but we aim to adhere to the locations & sites outlined unless there is something out of our control preventing us from doing so. This is unlikely however.
To book your spot please arrange deposit of $1999.50* no later than February 28, 2025.

The remaining $1999.50 must be paid by April 9, 2025.
*Deposit is fully refundable until February 28, 2025, should you cancel after this date we will retain a fee of $1000 and refund you the remainder of your payment. Please refer to the TRIP BOOKING CANCELLATION LIABILITY WAIVER for full cancellation policy. If you are unable to pay the full total of $3999 by April 9, 2025 you forfeit your booking, we will refund the payments we have received from you up until that date minus the $1000 processing fee.
You may also choose to pay the full $3999 at any time before February 28, 2025 to secure your spot.

Refer a Friend for $222 Credit
For each successful referral, you will receive a $222 credit toward your trip booking.
A successful referral is defined as someone who books the trip, pays their first installment, fills out the registration questionnaire, and clearly states that they were referred by you.
You can refer up to 18 individuals, as this is the maximum number of credits allowed to cover the total trip cost.
Referrals must be individuals who are not part of the WhatsApp groups where the trip has already been advertised.
To qualify for referral credits, you must pay at least the first installment for your own trip booking.
